"Felt like I kept getting passed around"
My order itself was fine, but getting help was frustrating. I had to wait a few days just to hear back, and when they did reply, it didn’t really feel like they had read what I actually wrote. I also felt like I was being passed from one person to another without anyone really taking ownership. Not the worst experience, but the follow-up could’ve been a lot better.

"Packed really well"
My order from innerwisdomstore.com showed up packed really nicely. Nothing was bent or damaged, and there was enough padding in the box without it being excessive. It felt like they took some care with it, which I appreciated. Im happy with how it was packaged

I had a really hard time using the site. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and there wasn’t much guidance to point me in the right direction, so I just felt kind of left in the dark the whole time.

"I was actually happy with how much..."
I was actually happy with how much stuff they had to choose from. It made browsing kind of fun because I could look around and find something that matched what I had in mind. A few areas felt a little messy or like they could be organized better, seriously, I got turned around for a second there, but overall the selection was solid. I’d give it 4 stars...

I had to return something and was kind of expecting it to be a headache, but it actually went smoothly. I emailed them and they sent back clear instructions, which helped a lot. The refund came through after they received the package, and it took a few days, but that seemed reasonable. I didn’t get any runaround or odd excuses, so overall I’d say it was a good experience

"Shipping felt slow this time"
I just got my order recently, so the slow shipping is still fresh in my mind. The order itself was fine and everything showed up in good condition, but it took longer than I expected. The tracking also didn’t update for a few days, which was frustrating while I was waiting. Maybe I’d feel less annoyed later, but right now I’d give it 3 stars because the delivery wasn’t very fast.

"Maybe I Didn’t Give It Enough Time"
I tried it for about a week, but I didn’t really feel much of a spiritual change. To be fair, I was busy and probably wasn’t as consistent or focused as I should’ve been, so maybe that’s on me. It just didn’t do a whole lot for me personally.

After I placed my order, the tracking basically stayed stuck for days with almost no updates. I reached out to support, but they were slow to respond, and when they finally did, it felt like they were blaming me for not understanding the tracking instead of actually helping. Frustrating experience overall.

"Pretty great value for the price"
I picked up a couple of things from Inner Wisdom Store, i was kind of surprised by how good the value was. The prices felt really fair, and the quality was better than I expected for what I paid, not life-changing or anything, but definitely a nice little win.
Shipping was totally fine too. Nothing super fancy or lightning-fast, but it showed up without any drama, which is all I really ask for. I’d definitely shop there again if something catches my eye.
